The prices we are sending include:
Daily and weekly rental, with free mileage
Monthly rental: 3,500 km/month
Fees
If the return is made at the same Movida office, there will be no additional fees
If the return is made at an office other than the one from which the rental was made, there will be a return fee of R$ 0.80 x km. (Distance between both Movida offices - Rental office vs. return office).
Insurance LDW and ALI

Basic requirements for renting a vehicle:
Brazilians:
Be at least 21 years old;
Present CPF, RG and have no type of restrictions;
Present valid driver's license at least two years old;
Present valid credit card, whose ownership is the person renting the vehicle.

Foreigners:
Be at least 21 years old;
Present DNI (Mercosur countries) or Passport and have no type of restrictions;
Present valid driver’s license at least two years old;
Present valid credit card, whose ownership is the person renting the vehicle.

Fuel:
The vehicles will always be delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in like fashion.
In the case that the client returns the vehicle with an empty tank, a fee per liter will be charged as established in the rental contract.

Items not covered by this fee:
Traffic tickets, administrative fees, lack of fuel, additional driver, delivery/pick up fee, damages, etc.

Additional Services, Extra Costs:
Car seats (R$ 5.00 per day);
Child seats for children up to 6 (subject to height/weight restrictions) (R$ 5.00 per day);
Option of return to a different place from rental (extra cost);
GPS - satellite navigation system, for direction/localization assistance with audio and video instructions (R$ 11.00 per day).

Note:
Reservations are always confirmed by group and not by brand or model. In case the reserved group is not available, the client will receive an up-grade (vehicle from a higher group), thereby the values of the payments/co-payments in the case of unforeseen damage, will be those corresponding to the group two hours after the initial reservation is made, keeping with the business hours of that specific office;
After that time period, there will be an automatic cancelation of the reservation;
In the case that the vehicle is taken from an office with a satellite at the airport, the flight number must be informed at the time of reservation.

Calculations and Return Times:
The value of the daily prices is based on a 24 consecutive hour period from the hour and minute at which began the rental. After the 24 hours, there will be a 3 hour courtesy period for the return of the vehicle, understanding that it be returned during business hours.
In the case that the time period is exceeded, the stipulated courtesy period will be charged by the hour at the corresponding value of 1/5 the daily rental value as specified in item 15 of the rental contract, after the beginning of the 5th extra hour, in other words, from 4 hours and 1 minute, a full day's rental will be charged.
